Prof. Dr.Mustafa Berker Ph.,D.
1961 yılında Çorum’da doğmuş, ilköğrenimini Çorum da, orta ve lise öğrenimini Ankara da tamamlamıştır. 1984 yılında Hacettepe Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesinden mezun olduktan sonra 2 yıl süreyle Erzurum Pasinler Büyükdere köyünde ve Erzurum merkezde mecburi hizmetini yapmıştır.
1987-1994 yılları arasında Hacettepe Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Nöroşirürji bölümünde uzmanlık eğitimini tamamlamıştır. Ardından 2 yıl özel bir hastanede çalıştıktan sonra, mikronöroşirürji doktora programı için 1997 de Hacettepe ye dönerek, 2001 yılında doktora programını bitirmiştir. 2000 yılında 2 ay süreyle Gutenberg Üniversitesi Nöroşirürji Bölümü( Mainz, Almanya)nde, 2003 yılında 6 ay süreyle Cleveland Clinic de (Cleveland, Ohio, ABD) gözlemci olarak çalışmıştır.
Hacettepe Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Nöroşirürji Anabilim Dalında 1999 yılında yardımcı doçent, 2005 yılında doçent, 2011 yılında profesör olmuştur. Endonöroşirürji , kafa tabanı - hipofiz tümörleri ile ilgilenen Mustafa Berker’ in 46 adet yurtdışı yayını bulunmaktadır.
Evli ve iki kız çocuğu vardır.
