Student Health Care Center affiliated to Hacettepe University Directorate of Health, Culture and Sports used to render service on 3 campuses (Beytepe, Sıhhıye and Conservatory). The title of the center was changed into Beytepe Hospital per University Board of Directors. However, Medico-Social service is still offered along with Hospital. Our hospital provides service to students, personnel and their relatives as well as external patients with 2 (two) operating rooms, Dental Outpatient Clinic, Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Unit, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Psychological Counseling Unit, Practice Pharmacy and 5 (five) wards.
A total of 69 medical and administrative personnel from various branches render service at our hospital.
Health care services offered at Beytepe Hospital are covered by the social security system of individuals. (Also, those with no social security are offered service in return for charge) Our students should activate their health coverage through Social Security Institution (SSI) in order to avoid any possible problems.

Making an Appointment ; Patients who would like to receive treatment at our hospital can book an appointment on “online appointment” link or by dialing 444 4 444 or our hospital numbers +90 (312) 297 64 64, +90 (312) 297 64 63. Certain departments require no appointments, and can admit patients on walk-in basis.
At Beytepe Hospital Oral and Dental Health Clinic, 4 dentists provide services.
These services include:
1-) Oral diagnosis and radiology (initial examination)
2-) Periodontology (dental scaling)
3-) Conservative dental treatment (dental filling treatment)
4-) Endodontics (root canal treatment)
5-) Surgery (tooth extraction procedures)
Upon clinical and radiological examination of teeth and intraoral soft tissues, further treatment is offered by appointment according to the prescribed treatment plan.
Beytepe Psychological Counseling Unit renders service to the students, personnel and (immediate) personnel relatives of our university. Psychosocial support and counseling services are provided in the unit free of charge. Also, group activities and trainings are organized. 5 sociologists and 2 social service experts are assigned within the unit. Furthermore, experts and counsellors assigned in psychology, social service, psychological counselling and guidance sections support the unit at certain times.
For Receiving Appointment/Service from the Unit: Application form is completed, a preliminary interview is carried out and patients are referred based on the type of the problem Psychological Counselling unit renders service on weekdays within office hours. Interviews conducted in our unit are based on the principle of confidentiality and privacy.
A supervision chain is practiced in our unit, therefore assigned supervisors (from psychology and service sections) give support for cases when required. Furthermore, when required, cases are referred to the psychiatrist assigned at Beytepe Hospital. Psychological Counselling Unit General Coordinator is Prof. Dr. Orhan Derman.
