Public Relations Unit gives service at the Information Desks located near the main gates of our Hospitals and at the office on Floor C.
Upon your arrival, our cheerful and experienced Information Desk Personnel will welcome you, provide you with the necessary information and guide you towards the right direction. Although our departments are spread out across hundreds of square meters, our personnel will help you get to the right department effectively.
You can submit your appreciation, recommendation and requests as well as your negative and positive feedbacks to Public Relations Unit Office. Our prioritized aim is to offer immediate solutions to problems you could encounter. Upon the initial discussion, you may be requested to submit a written statement or complaint. Your submission will be evaluated by the appropriate department and the outcome will be shared with you.
